By accessing and using PixelBeatStudio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PixelBeatStudio provides a ukulele training application with optional subscription-based premium features including:

  • Basic Plan: Ad-free experience, cloud sync, priority support
  • Pro Plan: All Basic features plus TikTok Live integration and streaming tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using either Discord OAuth or email/password registration. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Automatic recurring billing until cancelled
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Pay all applicable fees and taxes

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to bypass subscription verification
  • Reverse engineer or modify the software
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by PixelBeatStudio and protected by copyright laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

PixelBeatStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
